1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 You may return an item if:
- It was purchased from CaseLifeBD.
- The return request is made within 24 Hours of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You have proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear. Â
2. Process for Returns

2.2 Approval & Instructions:
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
2.3 Ship the Item:
- Return the item to the address provided, using a reliable courier service.
- Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility:Â Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or cPay.
3.2 Processing Time:
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
3.3 Partial Refunds:Â In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item is not in its original condition.
- The return request exceeds the 2-day window but is approved for valid reasons.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.If you want cancel the order after shipped cancellation charge will be applicable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
