1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 You may return an item if:

  • It was purchased from CaseLifeBD.
  • The return request is made within 24 Hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You have proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

1.2 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear.  

2. Process for Returns

  1. 1 Submit a Return Request:
    • Email us at support@caselifebd.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2.2 Approval & Instructions:

    • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

2.3 Ship the Item:

    • Return the item to the address provided, using a reliable courier service.
    • Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or cPay.

3.2 Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

3.3 Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition.
  • The return request exceeds the 2-day window but is approved for valid reasons.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@caselifebd.com within 24  hours of delivery.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.If you want cancel the order after shipped cancellation charge will be applicable.

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.1  If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 24hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
