At CaseLifeBD, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of products purchased through our website.

1. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Within Bangladesh: All districts and all cities.

2. Processing Time

  •  Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after Order confirmation.
  • Processing time may vary during holidays, sales, or promotional periods.
  •  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery:  Inside Dhaka city delivery within 48 hours. Outside Dhaka delivery within 48-72 hours.
  • Same Day Delivery: Same day delivery applicable only for in Dhaka city. You have to placed the order before 12pm and delivery within 11pm (Home Address). At office address delivery within office time.
  • Express Delivery:  Fast delivery for urgent needs. Express Delivery applicable only for in Dhaka city. You have to placed the order on working time (10am to 6pm) with full advance payment (only products price, pay the delivery charge to the deliveryman)

4. Shipping Fees

  •  Standard Delivery:  Inside Dhaka city- 60tk.
  • Dhaka Sub-Urban- 110tk.
  • Outside Dhaka- 120tk.
  •  Same Day Delivery: Same day delivery charge  80tk.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

  •  If your package is delayed, please contact us at +8801568-631869. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.
  •  Ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.

7. Changes to Orders

  •  After confirmation the order if you want to change delivery address or order details must be contact with us within 2 hours.
